Cancellations & Refunds

1. Digital Products:

Cancellation: Once the payment is successful, orders cannot be canceled as the eBook/Product is delivered instantly.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing. However, in any such case, please reach out to us at support@digitalwarehouse.in. We will review the case and update our decision.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable in the Future):

Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped. Contact us at support@digitalwarehouse.in with your order details.

Refunds & Returns: If the product is damaged or incorrect, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Since the Website digitalwarehouse.in offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product description before making a purchase.

For eligible refunds, we will process and credit the amount in your bank account within 5-7 business days. And we do not offer return/exchange/shipping as we are not eligible since ours is a service business.
